OneTaste is a non-profit organisation aimed at promoting feminine orgasm as a path of self-discovery.
Founded by Nicole Daedone after having had an orgasmic experience with a Tantra practitioner that led her to change her perception of life, this organisation promotes workshops and the spreading of tools and information that may allow women to complement their lives with the experience of the orgasm.

PC muscle techniques
After having properly developed you PC muscle (see the post about the Kegel exercises for more details) lets finally start doing something fun with all that effort.
There are many techniques associated with the use of this muscle, that differ with gender, and it is not the scope of this article to cover them all.
Still, for the sake of politeness, lets start by:
The ladies
The control of the PC muscle allows women to control their source of pleasure. When fully contracted it increases the stimuli of the clitoris, whereas when relaxed (make a small “out” push with the muscle that, in human sphincters, corresponds to the relaxation reflex) allows the increase of vaginal pleasure. This technique for vaginal pleasure may also facilitate the penetration in the case of painful penetration, either from inability to relax the vagina or a well endowed partner;
The guys
For men the PC muscle functions as an excitement throttle. Contract the muscle and the excitement increases, relax it (“out” push) and the excitement becomes controlled.
Now comes the interesting part. If the man’s PC muscle is developed enough, he can learn to INjaculate, that is, ejaculate into his bladder. This, other than the obvious advantages when there are no easy means to clean up after sex has, according to the Taoist an Tantrist philosophies, many advantages to the man concerning his vitality and libido, but that will be the subject of another post. It also has the advantage of giving the man a wonderful excuse he, for some reason, he decides to fake an orgasm .
One word of warning though: injaculation should not be used as a contraceptive method. Inadequate control of the PC muscle or some pre-ejaculatory fluid with sperm may cause unpleasant surprises.
Have fun and… tell us about your experience!

Weekly hint: The clitoris is not all the same!
For most women, the most sensitive part of the clitoris is the upper left quadrant. From a man's perspective, facing the genitalia, that would be at about 1:30.
Become a sexual gourmet
Antihystamine (alergy medication) may make you semen taste particularly sour. To counteract this problem, include in your diet cucumber, mango, pineapple, papaya or citrus fruits.
Kegel exercises
I will start off by taking on the Kegel exercises, not because there aren’t a number of much simpler techniques to talk about but because they are certainly one of the simplest things I have done to improve my sex life and, by far, one of the most effective.
The Kegel exercise, named after a nice doctor that decided to help recent mothers avoid having to use diapers, is basically a voluntary contraction of the Pubococcygeus muscle (let’s call it PC to make things a bit easier).
Which muscle is that?
Go to the bathroom and start urinating. If you’re a man, aim well, because what I’m about to ask requires a bit of concentration and we are not too good at doing several tasks at once. Are you there yet? Ok, now stop urinating half way through. The muscle you had to contract to achieve that is your PC muscle, you are now introduced and will be lifelong companions.
Now exercise! First, you must learn how to isolate this muscle, that is, how to contract it without contracting other muscles around it. For that effect, I recommend sitting on top of a smooth object, like for instance a lying cellphone. Now, while inhaling, try to contract and relax the muscle repeatedly. If you’re doing things right, you should feel your perineum (area between your genitalia and anus) pushing the object without any further movement from other muscles.
Once you have this one under control, and for about 2 weeks, you should contract and relax in quick succession your PC muscle about 100 to 200 times per day. Yes, 100 to 200! You don’t have to do them all at once, but do try to get to this number. If you do this for 2 weeks you will probably start feeling the first benefits of this practice, in the form of more intense orgasms and, if you’re a man, better ejaculation control.
Now, until you eventually die, you should perform the following daily exercise: inhale and, when exhaling, contract progressively the PC muscle. Keep it contracted after exhaling and hold your breath for about 10 to 15 seconds. Now, as you inhale, relax the muscle, which should give you a bit of a “push” feeling. Repeat 15 times per day. I usually do it while showering to save time.
And this is about it. If you do try this, please share your results. In a next post I will talk about some of the interesting things you can do with this new skill.
And, above all, have fun in the process :P

Forplay
Let us start slow, so that this one lasts.
All along my life I've found it surprising the way most people think about skill acquisition.
In general everyone seems to agree that it takes learning and training to master the simplest of skills, from tying your shoelaces (something you know don’t even think about but once was an huge victory), using a bathroom (something a lot of adults still don’t seem to master), learning to drive or play tennis.
But then there are certain activities that people believe they are born knowing not only how to perform them but born being somehow above average, among which are being a parent and, of course, fucking.
If you take the time to think about it, sex is no different from any other physical activity: it demands a comprehension of the associated principles and rules, acquisition of techniques and, to master it, practice, a LOT of practice.
This group is destined precisely to people that, like me, have learned throughout the years that to be a really great fuck you really can’t rely on the instincts that I was born with and that I still have a lot to learn.
Although I have read, attended workshops and practiced as much as possible, I am far from being a master on the subject, so my intention with this group is not only to share what I have learned but to get as much feedback as possible from the group members so that we may all evolve together.
This could be a hell of a ride!
Let us then take the first step…
