How to enlarge your penis healthily - Part 1 - The art of the Jelqing


Before I begin, an ominous warning must be made:
The practice of Jelqing does PERMANENTLY enlarge your penis girth. As such, it should be used with care. The Jelqing or Milking is a technique first recorded in the middle-east, more specifically associated with the arab culture. Here it was passed down from generation to generation, from father to son, as a way to improve their sexual abilities.

The technique is basically a massage, from the base of the penis towards the penis glans, with some pressure applied.This has the ability to create internal micro-rips in the cavernous bodies that, when naturally healed, increase the total blood volume contained by the cavernous body and, therefore, the size of the erection. From a practical point of view, it does not differ much from the process of natural muscle mass increase.

JELQING SHOULD NEVER BE PRACTISED WITH A FULL ERECTION, BUT AT ABOUT 30 % TO 40 % ERECTION. THE PRACTICE OF JELQING WITH HIGHER ERECTION PERCENTAGES MAY CAUSE IRREVERSIBLE DAMAGE TO THE PENIS VASCULAR SYSTEM. IF DURING THE TECHNIQUE THE PENIS BECOMES MORE ERECT, WAIT UNTIL IT SUBSIDES BEFORE CONTINUING.

Now that I got everyone frightened, lets get to the real Jelqing, wet version:

1- Apply an hot towel to warm up your penis. A good alternative is to rinse your penis continuously with warm water for about 5 minutes. This has the effect of simulating the natural warming of the penis by promoting blood vessel dilation and a more significant blood circulation;

2- Masturbate until you achieve a semi-erection, of about 30 % to 40 % and no more;

3- Apply some lubricant on all the body of the penis;

4- Create a ring with you thumb and index finger and firmly grab the penis by the base;

5- Slide the ring you just created through all the body of the penis towards the glans. This movement should NOT include the glans!!! You will notice that this pushes a bit of the blood towards the glans, causing it to become a bit swollen;

6- When this hand reaches the basis of the glans, grab the base of the penis firmly with the other hand, once again forming a ring with your thumb and index finger. When you initiate the upwards movement with this hand, release the hand that is now near the glans;

7- Repeat about 100 times per session (50 for each hand);

8- At the end of the session, apply once again a warm towel or warm water for about 5 minutes.

IF YOU FEEL ANY PAIN DURING THE PRACTICE OF THIS TECHNIQUE, STOP IMMEDIATELY!!

This technique will leave your penis somewhat sore, but not painful.

There are some who recommend applying the Jelq every other day. But the most prevailing opinion is that Jelqing SHOULD NOT BE PRACTISED MORE THAN ONCE OR TWICE A WEEK, thus allowing for the tissue to properly recover between sessions.

A protein rich diet will also help improve the results.

And… that is all. Simple, isn't it? If you decide to apply this technique, please do it in a carefully and responsibly, that's one part of your body you don't want to mess up!!! :)

And girls… applying Jelqing to your boyfriends without their permission is off limits!! :P
